Mr. Krashin: Gilat was founded in 1987. We have been public since 1993, traded on Nasdaq - ticker GILT - and also on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. We are a leading global provider of broadband satellite communications, networking products and services, mainly focused on commercial SATCOM, satellite communications, which includes enterprise and government. Within government, we are focusing particularly on growing in the defense and homeland security sectors, on which I'll elaborate more later. We have approximately 1,000 employees worldwide and about 15 international offices. Our networks are installed and operational in 85 countries, with more than 750,000 VSATs, very small aperture terminals, and our annual revenues for 2009 were approximately $228 million. We are very proud that with the economic pressures of the recent years, we have been able to sustain our business, preserve the company's substantial cash reserves and in 2010 even undertake an aggressive investment program that we hope will pay off in expanded growth and profitability in the next few years. This is more or less a brief of Gilat.
TWST: Would you elaborate on some specific products and services you provide? What competitive advantage do you have over competitors?
Mr. Krashin: First of all, we provide satellite-based networks and have two leading networking products, SkyEdge and SkyEdge II, each for specific segments within the market. Both have advantages, including lower total cost of ownership for the service provider, higher performance, and for ISP service providers and telcos, they offer a wide range of solutions in providing services for their end customers. In the U.S. market, we are also a service provider ourselves, as well as in a few international markets. As a service provider, we provide high-availability, high-reliability broadband connectivity to enterprise and government sites. We also provide network solutions for the lottery and gaming industry, as well as point-of-sale retail customers, such as restaurant chains, convenience stores, gas stations and hotel chains. Lately we have expanded beyond satellite communications to the managed network solution market, where we provide a complete managed network for our customers incorporating terrestrial communications, such as DSL, 3G, as well as VSAT and satellite communications.
