Mr. Melland: Dice Holdings is a global online recruiting company. We operate a handful of professional Web sites in various countries around the world. Our major sites are Dice.com, which is the leading site in North America for technology and engineering candidates. It's been around for about 19 years and has over 2 million unique visitors on a monthly basis. Our second site is eFinancialCareers, which serves the financial services space. It's a global site with country sites in about 18 markets around the world. It's used by well over a million financial services professionals every month and really is the only place where you can do that kind of cross-border recruiting for financial services professionals. And we also operate in health care in the U.S., energy recruiting globally as well as having a specialized service called ClearanceJobs, which helps companies find people with active government security clearance. Each of the clients of ClearanceJobs has to be approved for access to the service.
TWST: And that includes IT professionals as well as other kinds of security workers?
Mr. Melland: It's primarily information technology workers but also a series of different skilled positions where part of the requirement for the position is to have an active government security clearance. Many of the customers there are government contractors and service providers to the federal government or to the military.
