TWST: May we start with a short overview of your company?
Mr. Henderson: Apriso provides software solutions focused on improving adaptability, flexibility and responsiveness of manufacturing operations for pre-dominantly, but not entirely, large global organizations. Manufacturing operations includes managing the assets of production, inventory and the supply chain while ensuring the highest quality standards are adhered. Stated differently, we make sure manufacturers are productive, cost effective and responsive to the marketplace.

TWST: Could you define the various components of your solutions?
Mr. Henderson: It starts out with something we define as a manufacturing operations platform, which is a little different approach than what has traditionally been provided. Rather than delivering just a Manufacturing Execution System, or MES, Apriso combines several traditionally vertical applications, including production, quality, maintenance and supply chain visibility, into a horizontally grouped solution. We call this an Operations Execution System, or OES. Think of it as several applications joined together through a single data model. We deliver an integrated manufacturing system that links the planning of the 'top floor' to operations on the 'shop floor.'
