TWST: Would you give us a brief historical sketch of the company and a picture
of the things you are doing at the present time? Mr. Gorst: Basically, we incorporated in August 1997. We went public on the
over-the-counter market in February of 2000, and saw our stock soar like a lot
of the companies did in that period of time. Since then, we've really scaled
back our operation, and we've been focused on building our subscriber growth. In
the last 12 months, we've grown our business by about 24% a year. So we are
finally starting to see adoption of our business model. TWST: Would you explain your business model? Mr. Gorst: Essentially, what we do is we host software in a data center for
about 800 different small and medium businesses throughout the country. We host
about 175 different business applications that allow our clients to access their
software and their data anytime, anywhere, from any Internet terminal.
