TWST: We'd like to begin with a brief historical sketch of Sitestar and a
picture of the things you are doing at the present time.
Mr. Erhartic: Sitestar is a publicly traded Internet Service Provider (ISP). We
offer dial-up and broadband Internet access services such as ISDN, DSL,
satellite, cable and wireless, plus Web hosting and design, and other value-
added services including Web acceleration, spam and virus filtering, as well as,
spyware protection. Sitestar provides service to customers throughout the US
and Canada, with customer concentrations in the Mid-Atlantic and Rocky Mountain
regions in the US and in Ontario, Canada. We are traded under the stock symbol
of SYTE on the over the counter Bulletin Board. TWST: How long has the company been in existence?
Mr. Erhartic: Since 1999. TWST: When did you join the company?
Mr. Erhartic: I joined the company in 2000 as the COO and in 2002, became the
CEO.
