TWST: Would you give us a brief historical sketch of the company and a picture of the things you're doing right now?
Mr. Sparks: CinTel was founded in 1996. We went public in 2003 here in the United States. While establishing our headquarters in the US, we are still proud to be a South Korean-based Internet traffic management system manufacturer. We've started to branch out into other product lines, including the flash memory and semiconductor manufacturing and packaging business, as well as some other business lines related to IT and investment firms. We have large customers and a very solid distribution channel in Asia and are expanding our distribution network in the US and Europe. We're the market leader in South Korea. Some of our key customers are Samsung Electronics and Hyundai HDS.

TWST: Would you tell us about your products and solutions?
Mr. Sparks: Our core product is called iCache and it's a Web traffic management system. It helps push more data through your network and manage your Internet network. Our newer products that we're bringing online are NAND Flash memory, semiconductor manufacturing and packaging, and LCD packaging, and several other products run out of our plant in China.
