TWST: Would you give us a brief historical sketch of the company and a picture of the things you're doing at the present time?Mr. Zenkovich: The company has been in existence for over 40 years. It was started by my father and a partner back in the mid-1980s. We evolved the business from what was primarily property management and real estate brokerage to a construction company. Now, we've been building for a period of just over 20 years. My brother and I are the executive officers. We have been spearheading this new direction.
TWST: Would you elaborate on the theme of new direction?
Mr. Zenkovich: Since the mid-1980s, we started constructing residential
properties. We started with townhouses. We built two high-rises - one 290, and
one 235. We basically continued to refocus our business to be primarily in
construction and residential home sales. We continued to build smaller projects
over the years, mainly townhouses, and now recently single family homes sites.
That has really been the bulk of our activity for the last 10 years.
