TWST: May we start with a brief company introduction and a short history?
Mr. Nelson: Sotto Wireless is a new company started about a year and half ago that is looking to be the service provider for small and medium businesses. We are offering a hosted enterprise services capability, wherein we can take all of the key communication technology that businesses need and package that into a single service that is easy to buy and independently supported. So what I mean by that is, the key things that any business needs are; one, voice communications in the office; two, cellular; three, they need to have voicemail services; and four, wireless e-mail and other applications So these kinds of foundation capabilities are now bought from all sorts of different sources, if they need them all, which most do. Now we combine that into a single converged service that the customers can buy from a single source.

TWST: Would you elaborate on how you package your offerings?
Mr. Nelson: The way it is done is that we are featuring, what we call hybrid wireless handsets. These are state-of-the-art devices that combine Wi-Fi technology that's used to deliver business office phone functionality in the office locations, as well as in the same device offering cellular technology, so that it provides also the cell phone capability. These are packaged together in the same device with the same phone number, same capabilities, whether you are in the office using Wi-Fi or in the cellular network using cellular technology. Basically, the contrast is that today a customer buys a fixed telephone system from one source, that's used only in the office. And then they purchase a cellular subscription from one of the cellular carriers. This means there are two separate services and they don't work with one another. You have got multiple phone numbers and multiple voicemail systems. As a result, it's hard for your customers to reach you & they might call on different phone numbers & and so it's that complexity that we are simplifying into a single device and a single service. It brings together a single voicemail service and device whether you are in the office or not. In addition, it creates a set of consistent business communication features like conference calling, secretary coverage, call transfer, and so on. As with the other services, all these business features are available whether you are in the office location or in the cellular network. And most important, on top of that we offer the convenience of receiving your e-mails on your mobile device wherever you are. So, small business people in general are mobile. They are in and out of their offices more frequently, typically, than in larger businesses. So access to the communications in the same way through the same device anywhere you are is something that we believe is really important to this customer segment. And that's what we bring together for them.
