TWST: How has your technology and this market evolved?
Mr. Csathy: SightSpeed was founded in 2001. SightSpeed technology was
initially developed by our CTO and Founder, Aron Rosenberg, with
Professor Toby Berger in Cornell University's DISCOVER Labs five years
prior to the launch of SightSpeed. There are over 10 plus years of R&D
and expertise behind our technology for real-time video communications.
Over this 10-year period, the market opportunity for our suite of
personal video services has evolved from early adopters to today's
mainstream users who are hungry for video over the Internet. SightSpeed
launched our first product in 2002, and just recently launched our
revolutionary Version 5.0 in a completely different environment as the
market for IP communications has exploded. VoIP services are very big
business and video over the Internet has become very big business as
well. Today, consumers are very comfortable with and want video over the
Internet. That's why you see so much attention being given to services
such as video iPod, YouTube, Google Video and others. Video over the
Internet is here now. SightSpeed has what is widely hailed as the best
in class suite of personal video services. SightSpeed is positioned
well to seize this multi-faceted global opportunity.
