TWST: Let's start with a short history and overview of mFoundry.
Mr. Sievers: mFoundry is a mobile application platform provider. We have
developed a software platform called mWorks_, which basically makes it a
lot easier for a developer to rapidly create a mobile application for a
handset. Primarily focused in the US right now, we're beginning to do
things overseas as well. Our platform is used by a lot of large
companies because it is very simple but very powerful. So companies like
Citibank, companies like Lexus, the car company, Nestl‚ and a variety of
others have used mWorks and our product suite to basically take elements
of their business and bring it down to a mobile phone. TWST: Is your platform applicable to a broad range of industries?
Mr. Sievers: Yes. It's been used for banking, it's been used for
marketing, it's been used for yellow pages, movies, astrology, real time
flight information, for sports, World Cup coverage.
