TWST: Having consummated a three-way merger between Sparkplug, Telespectra, and Prairie iNet, would you outline the catalyst for embarking in this direction?
Mr. Malloy: For starters, the catalyst was the opportunity all of us see. Each of these companies had been successfully providing wireless data and broadband to business customers. I've also known the principals, Jeff Hardesty, CEO of Telespectra and Neil Mulholland, CEO of Prairie iNet for several years. As we discussed the merger, it was clear each company brought complementary strengths. Telespectra is one of the largest broadband networks for business in the Southwest, with a long history of wireless network deployment for business, government, and carriers. Prairie iNet, is one of the nation's top wireless Internet service providers with great backroom support for multiple markets, and Sparkplug provides very fast and affordable wireless broadband to businesses in metropolitan areas. Out of those discussions we found we shared a common vision. That is, we saw a great opportunity to combine these three companies, so that we have more scale, more markets to bring very fast and affordable wireless data and broadband to the carrier and enterprise customers.

TWST: What will be the geographical reach of the combined company along with your customer base, and how would you define your markets?
Mr. Malloy: With this merger we now do business in eight states: Illinois, Iowa, Tennessee, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada, and Southern California. Obviously we have a wide range of markets from Chicago to Des Moines, Phoenix, and other communities. We're focused on the business customers in the markets currently operate within and can now reach due to our combined resources in these states. Since we're a private company we don't disclose our customer numbers but with this merger we certainly rank among the leading wireless broadband service provider and the services we provide cut across carrier, enterprise, and small business markets.
