TWST: Would you give us a brief historical sketch of the company and a picture of the things you are doing right now?
Mr.McManus: Right now, we are building an ultrasonic medical device platform that is not for imagery; rather, it is used therapeutically. As you know, ultrasound has been used for imagery for 30 years or so. What we are doing is applying that technology for therapeutic purposes, such as laparoscopic surgery, liposuction, neurosurgery, and, through advanced research and development, for killing of cancerous tissue in the kidney, liver, and breast. So basically since 1999, we have been trying to develop new products that can make a difference in a variety of medical treatments ' products that are a platform unlike any that anybody else in the world has that we know of. We have created medical devices that are used in very large markets like bone cutting, wound debridement and cancer.

TWST: What are the main products that you have developed so far?
Mr.McManus: We have developed a product for laparoscopic surgery, a product for liposuction, a product for neurosurgery, a product for lithotripsy, a product for prostate cancer, and, now, a product for kidney cancer that also can be leveraged for the treatment of cancer in most soft tissues of the human body.
