TWST: Would you give us a brief historical sketch of the company and a picture of things as they are now?
Mr. Haddrill: For 75 years, Bally Technologies has been in business, and during that time, we have been a leader in slot machine and software technology for the gaming industry. Today, we have the largest footprint of the systems business. We are number two, three, or four in the slot machine business worldwide, depending on the market. We are largely dependent on innovation in games and on technology to drive our future growth.

TWST: Would you tell us about some of the technological innovations that you are responsible for?
Mr. Haddrill: We just recently have introduced several innovative products, one of which is our iVIEW secondary screen for gaming devices. Another product is our Power Winners bonusing technology, which allows casinos to provide secondary jackpot opportunities to their regular players. Another one is our new CineVision cabinet for slot machines, which is like a home entertainment center for the slot player. In addition, we have some new video products such as Hot Shot and Green Machine, which provide very unique player experiences. We have even developed community-based games such as Auction Fever that allow multiple players to enjoy the gaming experience.
