TWST: Would you give us a short introduction and tell us what Cygnal Technologies is?
Mr. Wintermans: Cygnal Technologies is in two major businesses. The first business is the design and installation of communication systems for mid-sized companies in Canada, which includes telephone systems as well as data systems, cabling and other kinds of facilitating activities for voice data and needs for businesses. And the second part of our business is a distribution business that sells to telecom, cable, wireless and data people, basically on a value added reseller basis. Those are the two major activities. The company has been around for about 10 years and is basically a roll-up of the acquisitions of about 12 to 13 different companies. We are the largest integrator. We are the only national integrator in Canada and we are located in Markham, but we have offices in Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, Halifax, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver and we do about C$130 million in revenue a year. We are currently in a position of turnaround because we tried to put all the acquisitions together and the integration didn't produce positive results. I was brought in five months ago to make it profitable and am in the middle of doing that right now.

TWST: What historically has been the client space? What's changing or evolving about what their needs are and what you are providing?
Mr. Wintermans: Traditionally, we have dealt with the mid market. In multiple locations, we typically provide, say, voice for 100 telephones and up. And I would say that the exciting part of the marketplace is that everybody is converging data and voice and that we are a well- positioned player to take advantage of that. We are one of the larger implementers of Avaya products as well as Nortel in the country. Everybody is looking for voice over Internet Protocol as a way of saving money and have internal systems that are both effective and cost efficient. We are right there to help them do that.
