TWST: We would like to begin with a brief historical sketch of AirIQ and a picture of the things you are doing at the present time.
Mr. Simmonds: We are a wireless service provider in the machine-to- machine wireless industry, which is the communication of information and control messages to and from machines. Historically, this has been people making cellular phone calls. We focus on moving machines of all types, which would include things like rental cars, trucks and trailers, bulldozers, fishing vessels, consumer vehicles ' anything that moves that people would have an interest in talking to remotely. With consumer vehicles, that means, for example, that parents can see if their children are speeding, and vehicles could be disabled if they were stolen. It's a fairly comprehensive new industry segment that is growing rapidly out of the maturity of the wireless business.

TWST: Are you very useful to the rental car industry, in particular?
Mr. Simmonds: Virtually all of our customers have a specific purpose in using our services. Those purposes could be to recover a vehicle asset that isn't where it is supposed to be, or being informed of an improper behavior ' for example, if it goes out of an area that it shouldn't leave, or if it goes into an area that it shouldn't be in, or if it goes above a speed that it shouldn't be at. All of those things drive a lot of value for our customers.
