TWST: We would like to begin with a brief historical sketch of
GreenBridge Technology and a picture of the things you are doing at the
present time.
Mr. McNamee: Radiant Technology was started in 1972 and became public in
1979. It designs and manufactures conveyorized furnaces that are very
precise in terms of temperature and atmosphere control. They are most
popular with the microelectronics industry, where they are used as tools
to help make semiconductors and solar cells.
TWST: Who have been your principal customers?
Mr. McNamee: Most of the major blue label companies in the world like
IBM, Intel, Motorola, AMD, Siemens and Sharp.
TWST: You recently completed a major transaction with BTU. Would you
describe that?
Mr. McNamee: BTU purchased all of our intellectual property, which
includes all of our designs, patents and our name.
