Mr. Carucci: Yum! Brands is the world's largest restaurant company in terms of system restaurants with over 34,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries and territories. Four of our restaurant brands ' KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Long John Silver's ' are the global leaders of the chicken, pizza, Mexican-style food and quick-service seafood categories respectively. We're also the worldwide leader in multibranding, offering consumers more choice and convenience at one restaurant location from a combination of KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, A&W or Long John Silver's brands. The company and its franchisees today operate over 3,200 multibrand restaurants. Outside the United States in 2005, the Yum! Brands system opened about three new restaurants each day of the year, making us one of the fastest growing retailers in the world. When Yum! was founded eight years ago as a spinoff from PepsiCo, it included the brands of Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut, and also included a sizable international business, which we have been able to grow a lot since then. So we've got a very diverse business. We added Long John Silver's and A&W Restaurants in 2002 to drive multibranding. We've grown the international business tremendously since the spinoff. We have 700 growth-ready franchisees outside the US. Today, outside the United States, we have two divisions now. Our China Division has about 2,300 units, which consists of mainland China, Thailand and KFC Taiwan, and we have a Yum! Restaurants International Division that has 11,500 restaurants that includes the rest of the countries and territories outside the US. We also have over 850,000 associates who we train several times a year, especially around Customer Mania!
