TWST: We would like to begin with a brief historical sketch of Cbeyond Communications and a picture of the things you are doing at the present time.
Mr. Geiger: The company was founded in 1999 and the founding mission of the company was to bring big business communication tools to small businesses at prices they can afford and that we can deliver profitably. That mission has remained the same. We now deliver managed services to small businesses in six markets: Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Chicago and now Los Angeles. We have 20 plus different applications and services that we deliver to small businesses, which include our core communications products, high-speed Internet access, local dial tone services and long distance, as well as things like VPN, managed firewalls, secure backup and file share, and a host of other things like voicemail, e-mail and Web hosting.

TWST: Have you added to your arsenal as time has gone by?
Mr. Geiger: We have. We have continuously added new applications. Last year, in March 2005, we added the secure backup and file share product and at the end of the third quarter, we introduced a fax-to-e-mail product. We just announced at the beginning of this year the launch of a mobile service as well. We currently have cellular voice services that we integrate now with our wireline services.
