TWST: We would like to begin with a brief historical sketch of Oxford Media and a picture of the things you are doing at the present time.
Mr. Hemingway: Our company is broken down into two phases. Phase one involves entering the small-to-medium size market of pay-per-view in the hotel/motel segment. Across the United States, there are approximately 41,000 hotels and about 56% of those hotels meet our profile and are our target market. That business is currently underway. We have manufactured, developed and engineered our own systems that we build in Korea and are sold into that market both through distributors and direct sales. Currently, the company is in the process of bringing about phase two, which we'll begin testing in January to February 2006. We'll be putting the Wi-Max antennas on the rooftops and creating a virtual network across the United States in the underserved marketplaces that exist today.

TWST: What will make what you do superior to what is already in place?
Mr. Hemingway: In phase one, there is really no competition in our marketplace. The Lodgenets and OnCommands are in the 300-room plus hotels because it is too expensive to enter that marketplace. We have developed a digital based MPEG-4 system for the smaller hotels, which is cost effective.
