TWST: What is VendingData Corporation?
Mr. Newburg: VendingData develops products for the gaming industry which automate current manual processes that support the casino table game business with the goal of improving security, productivity and profitability of casino operations. Historically, VendingData has been a one-dimensional company with basically two product lines. The focus of the company up until the time that I joined in March 2005 was directed toward automatic card shuffling machines sales, service, R&D and manufacture. This new management team intends to broaden the product portfolio by identifying the purchasing environment and surrounding the buyers with what they would buy in their environment within the casino. Since this past March, we have managed to broaden the product portfolio beyond shufflers, which incidentally have been completely re-engineered over the last three quarters, and are rolling out three new products during 2006 ' The ChipWasher(TM), The Deck Setter, and most significantly a high frequency 13.56 MHz Dolphin RFID casino chip which we believe will be the fuel that will take the company to the next level.

TWST: What is the agenda at this point for your company? What are your priorities for the next 12 months?
