That means that we control the whole asset from stem to stern, and by doing that, consistency becomes easier to achieve. We don't have to go to outside companies to do this; this is all within our purview.
TWST: What are your criteria for markets and level of service?
Mr. Wirth: We are an 'extra value-added' 'mid-market suite hotel'
company. About two-thirds of our units are oversized studio suites. They
are one room, but they have a living room area, a bedroom area, a
microwave, coffee maker and a refrigerator. One-third of our units have
larger kitchen-type features, and are also our two-room suites, where
you have a separate living room and bedroom.
