TWST: May we start with a discussion of how Escalate Retail is evolving?
Mr. Kenney: Actually, things are evolving quite nicely right now for a merger that came together only seven weeks ago. Many of the integration processes are coming together, and they are all supporting the goals of what we wanted to do, which is to bring products to the market that have a customer focus, that provide retailers choices, that can break down the walls between a retailer's selling channels, and are all focused on a growth agenda, not only for our own company, but also for the retailer. High-growth retailers are our primary focus for us when we go to market. All of the behind-the-scenes things that are happening - merging marketing organizations, merging development organizations, doing all of those things, in order to make the whole greater than the sum of the parts.

TWST: Which two companies have combined to form Escalate Retail?
Mr. Kenney: GERS Retail Systems based in San Diego and the former Ecometry based in Delray Beach, Florida have combined together to form Escalate Retail.
