TWST: Larry, we'd like to begin if you will with a brief historical sketch of the company and a picture of the things that you are doing at the present time?
Mr. Bain: ProLink Solutions was formed in February 2004 as an amalgamation of two other companies. One was ProLink Inc. and the other was ParView Inc. The original company, ProLink, was founded in 1992 and was one of the leaders, if not the leader, in GPS management solutions for the golf courses. These systems consist of visual display units mounted in the roofs of golf carts that provide a host of golfer amenities. They are able to accurately calculate the distance from where the golf cart is parked to hazards, greens and even the flag. Our GPS systems also enable golfers and group outings to keep score during events, order food and beverages, call for emergency help, and include other features that help the golfer enrich his or her overall experience. The company also provides a management tool utilized by golf courses to accelerate pace of play, manage cart maintenance, and provide tournament scoring. It also provides an incremental revenue source for the golf course.

TWST: When you speak of accelerating the rate of play, are things worked out in such a way that nobody is harassed, everybody still enjoys themselves and is relaxed?
Mr. Bain: Yes, sure, it's a simple way we accelerate the pace of play. Golfers don't have to look for yardage markers when they are about to hit the ball. They simply drive the cart directly to the ball, the system identifies exactly how far the cart is to the pin or hazard or other course features, and the golfer knows exactly what club to pull and what shot to attempt. It eliminates the process of hunting down sprinkler heads and taking out several clubs because you don't know what the distance is. The pace of play is accelerated and, on average, removes approximately 32 minutes from a round of golf. It's substantial.
