TWST: Would you begin with a little history and an overview of Oxford?
Mr. Hemingway: Oxford Media Corp. has a proprietary system for the small to medium-size hotel/motel pay-per-view market. We have developed a digital-based system that's manufactured out of Korea and we install it in the 250-room and below hotels across the United States.

TWST: What are you bringing to this market that wasn't there before? Is it the cost benefit?
Mr. Hemingway: I think there are several items. First of all, the cost benefit. The second is our Stage 2 program, which is actually starting the middle of July where we'll begin installing WiMAX antennas and boxes or proprietary boxes in the homes that allow the huge percentage of the United States that does not have broadband and pay-per-view access to have it wirelessly.

TWST: Explain that a little more. It means this is for the home market then?
Mr. Hemingway: It's for the home and for the business market. We are using the real estate that exists in the small to medium-size hotels to transmit the same video that's available to the hotels to the home marketplace wirelessly. We have proprietary products that are one of a kind that actually allow us to transmit from the hotel up to a 15-mile radius to the home marketplace or business marketplace, giving them Internet connectivity on a DSL basis of 1.5 or greater megabit transmission as well as the ability to transmit movies and events from an EDGE network directly to their homes.
