TWST: Please begin with a brief overview of your coverage areas, including some of the specific names you follow.

Mr. Zaman: I am a Senior Clean Tech Analyst at Piper Jaffray. I primarily cover the solar industry and also the LED industry, and those are the two subsections of the clean tech that we cover that I am primarily responsible for. In solar, I cover First Solar (FSLR), Power-One (PWER), Satcon (SATC), GT Solar (SOLR), SunPower (SPWRA) on the U.S. side. I cover the major Chinese module manufacturers and some wafer makers like Trina (TSL), LDK (LDK), ReneSola (SOL), JA Solar (JASO), Yingli (YGE), Canadian Solar (CSIQ) and Suntech (STP). On the LED side, I cover Rubicon (RBCN), Cree (CREE) and Veeco (VECO) - so the three major U.S. LED industry companies.

TWST: You believe solar will reach grid parity in most markets by 2015. What are the factors you believe contribute to that?
