TWST: Please start with a brief overview of your coverage universe.
Mr. DiZio: At Janney we cover a total of 32 REITs spread across the office, industrial, hotel, multifamily, shopping center and net lease spaces. I personally cover 17 REITs across the multifamily, net lease and shopping center sectors, and Dan Donlan is our lead on the other sectors.
