TWST: Can we start with a history and overview of the company?Mr. Jewell: Celebrate Express was founded in June 1994. The original concept still holds true today. We are in the business of helping busy parents with their celebration needs. My wife, Jan Jewell, is the original founder of the company. We first started with our Birthday Express brand which markets children's party products. Today this brand represents about 80% of revenue. In the last year, our Birthday Express brand shipped over 600,000 orders. All our brands serve the time starved young family and all market products as complete coordinated solutions.
TWST: Can you give us some concept of what you are supplying?
Mr. Jewell: Birthday Express provides children's party supplies,
everything a parent needs to have great birthday parties for their
children. We believe our company provides products for 2% to 3% of the
nation's children's birthday parties.
