Mr. Foresi: I cover consulting and outsourcing companies, and I cover anything from BPOs, business process outsourcing, to offshore IT services. And then on the consulting side, it's mostly services companies located here domestically, in the U.S.
TWST: What specific outsourcing companies do you cover?
Mr. Foresi: I cover Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Syntel, Patni and Longtop. On the BPO side, I cover companies like EXL Services, Genpact, ADP, Paychex.
TWST: Wipro has gotten a major LPO contract with Microsoft to do its IP work. Is this a stock to buy?
Mr. Foresi: I think in general what we've seen is an improvement in the fundamental demand trends behind a lot of the offshoring of IT services work, really beginning in September of last year. And what you've seen is a pickup in volumes, and you've really seen a return for client decisions. And that's really spread the growth of companies - not just Wipro, but also of Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, Syntel. So you've seen a return to the table in the decision-making process, and I think that's what's really driving a reacceleration of growth, and also customers' needs to cut costs and to really do some tech spending, which hasn't taken place the last couple of years.
