TWST: Would you begin with a brief historical sketch of the company and a picture of things as they are now?Mr. Emery: Great Wolf Resorts is a branded developer and operator of upscale family entertainment resorts. We have five resorts open now and three under construction. Our first resort was developed in 1997 at Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, and we've spent the last eight years developing properties throughout North America. Great Wolf Resorts are family-focused resorts. We have 300 to 400 all-suite lodges with large indoor entertainment areas, including water parks, spas, game rooms, and literally dozens of other activities for the family that operate year- round. We've taken the family resort business concept and put it in convenient drive-to locations for families throughout the country, regardless of the weather. With our indoor, year-round facilities, we can put our properties near any major markets where there are families.
TWST: But right now, you are mostly in the Midwest?
Mr. Emery: Right. We are currently in the Midwest, and we're opening up
three new resorts in the east in 2005 and 2006.
