TWST: What is your perspective on the health care IT industry with ARRA in place?
Mr. Mannheimer: Let's talk about pre-ARRA for a moment, and then we'll layer on the ARRA. So even pre-stimulus, I think health care IT is a very attractive industry. Automation in health care lags most other industries, yet the forecasts, I think, call for health care to comprise 20% of GDP over the next few years. So it's time for health care IT. When we layer on the stimulus, the ARRA, I think it accelerates the adoption curve from what normally would have been 15 or 20 years to as little as 10 years. So certainly a positive catalyst for adoption, and I think it will benefit virtually all the companies that play in this space.

TWST: What are your favorite picks at the moment?
Mr. Mannheimer: My favorite picks currently are Eclipsys, Quality Systems and McKesson.
