TWST: I'm familiar with FBR Capital Markets' focus on regional banking. I'd like to begin by asking you to outline the history and nature of your firm's involvement in shipping.
Mr. MacKenzie: FBR Capital Markets has continued to expand our reach, developing into a full-service investment bank across multiple sectors. Shipping has been one of the more recent adds to that. We've added the focus on shipping since last year and brought in people in other aspects of the company, from investment banking to having myself in research pick up coverage on the stocks because we recognize that there is going to be a lot of capital required in this space, and we felt that the research that was out there was not fully serving the investor community.

TWST: How do you define your universe of coverage and what are some of the names you follow?
Mr. MacKenzie: My shipping universe of coverage right now comprises dry bulk and oil tanker companies, with one company that has some container exposure. Some of the names I follow are Diana Shipping, Star Bulk Carriers, Nordic American Tankers, Overseas Shipholding Group and General Maritime.
