TWST: Within the banking sector, which regions do you cover?
Mr. Stapp: I cover banks in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions, plus Texas.

TWST: Are the banks you cover categorized by size or by region?
Mr. Stapp: By region, but mostly they're small - well, they are all small-cap now. My coverage universe used to include small and mid caps, but now all my banks are small caps.

TWST: Which is a sign of the times, right?
Mr. Stapp: Yes.
