TWST: John, let's start with a question for you. How would you describe the CommTech sector?
Mr. Bright: The CommTech sector exists on the perimeter between the traditional communication service providers and the equipment providers. CommTech companies generally provide either the outsourced services or software and peripheral products that utilize the distribution of communications carriers.

TWST: Tavis, would you agree that is an accurate description of the CommTech niche?
Mr. McCourt: I think it can be a pretty broad term. There are a lot of different technologies in the communications industry, and I think it captures a lot of different sectors within communication.

TWST: Clearly, you are both covering a rapidly changing sector. What's your outlook for the rest of 2009?
Mr. McCourt: Basically, we're in a recovery period. It looks like there's a pretty dramatic drop in demand and channel inventory correction in the fourth quarter of last year, and the first quarter of this year. It appears that our industry probably cleaned up its channel inventory before most and in the June quarter, saw top-line growth stabilize. Likely we'll see some improvement on revenues as we get into the back half of the year and the economy starts to grow a little bit.
