Mr. Mehta: Northcoast Research is a sell-side equity firm. I'm an analyst, I cover the business services sector.

TWST: What is included in the business services sector?
Mr. Mehta: For us, it is tax companies, which we are going to talk about today, financial services, companies Diebold (DBD) and NCR (NCR), and a payroll company, Paychex Inc. (PAYX).

TWST: Who are the major players in the tax preparation industry?
Mr. Mehta: The three public ones are H&R Block (HRB), Jackson Hewitt (JTX) and Intuit (INTU).
