MICHAEL MOHR is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DCI AG. He
was born in 1969. After passing his university level qualifying exams he
was engaged from 1984 on with developing industrial automation systems
at the Buchstaller & Mohr research group. In 1993 Mr. Mohr was a
participant in the founding of DCI Database for Commerce and Industry
Datenbank fr Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH. Since December 15 1999, Mr.
Mohr has been Chairman of the management board at CDI and in charge of
strategy, acquisitions and co-operative ventures. Profile
KLAUS ZUBER is the Chief Financial Officer of DCI AG. He was born in
1955. He completed a graduate degree in business studies at the
University of Munich and earned a Master of Science in Industrial
Administration (MSIA) at Union College in Schenectady, NY, USA. He
brings with him some 20 years of professional experience in the finance
function at various international companies, most recently at Virgin
Records Germany. He has been a member of the management board at DCI
since December 15 1999, and is in charge of finances, controlling and
