RUDIGER BAERES is the founder and CEO of Intertainment AG, a German
distribution, licensing and production company based in Munich. A Munich
native, he obtained a law degree at the University of Munich in 1987 and
degrees in Political Science and Economics while in France.
Subsequently, Mr. Baeres lived and worked in London and later in Los
Angeles, where he held entertainment related positions, including
respectively ABC Radio affiliate and the computer software business. Mr.
Baeres returned to Munich in 1990 as the Director of Acquisitions and
Business Affairs for one of the largest German independent licensing
companies, VPS. In 1993 Mr. Baeres left VPS and formed his own company,
