Donald P. Hileman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of First Defiance Financial Corp. based in Defiance, Ohio. He has worked in the financial services industry for more than 30 years. Prior to joining First Defiance in 2007, he served as a Corporate Controller with Sky Financial Group, Inc., a $19 billion financial services holding company. He previously served as a community bank Chief Financial Officer before becoming the CFO of First Defiance Financial Corp. and First Federal Bank and the CEO of First Insurance Group.
