Court Dignan is a Research Analyst for Fidelity Investments and currently manages Fidelity’s Select Insurance Portfolio and Fidelity Mid Cap Value Fund. Previously, Mr. Dignan served as an Associate for Fidelity Capital Investors from 2003 to 2005. In his role, he was responsible for sourcing and executing middle market leveraged buyouts for the division. Mr. Dignan assumed his current position within the equity division in August 2005 and has managed the Select Insurance Portfolio since September 2009. Prior to managing the Select Insurance Portfolio, Mr. Dignan managed a number of financial subportfolios, including the Small Cap Opportunities Fund financials subportfolio. In 2012, Mr. Dignan was awarded a Lipper Award for managing the top financial services fund over the trailing three-year period. He assumed management responsibilities for Fidelity Mid Cap Value Fund in April 2013. Mr. Dignan began his financial career in 2000 with Credit Suisse First Boston and joined Fidelity Investments in 2003.
