Interview with the President, CEO and Director: Energold Drilling Corp. (EGD.V)

Davidson, Frederick W.
Frederick W. Davidson is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director at Energold Drilling Corp. He was most recently the VP and Chief Financial Officer of TOTAL Energold Corp., an energy and gold producer which had over $250 million in assets producing over 10,000 b.o.e. per day, 15 million cubic feet of natural gas and 100,000 ounces of gold on an annual basis. Previously, he spent 10 years as CFO of Erikson Gold Mines Ltd. and Mt. Skukum, which grew from grassroots exploration to production. Mr. Davidson also had an active role in a number of other notable mines and exploration projects, including the Courageous Lake project, Golden Bear mine and the Denton-Rawhide mine. He has been a senior executive in the mining industry for the past 35 years during which time he has helped finance public and private mining companies. His experience spans over 18 countries throughout North America, South America, Africa and Asia. Mr. Davidson has sat on the board of Wheaton River Minerals, Plexis Resources and IMPACT Silver Corp. Mr. Davidson received his MBA from the University of British Columbia in 1970 and his Chartered Accounting designation in 1971. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
