Cera, Robert J.
Robert J. Cera, President and CEO, joined Baylake Bank, a $1 billion asset company with 23 community financial centers throughout Northeast and Central Wisconsin, in July of 2006. Mr. Cera, age 50, has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years and just prior to joining Baylake Bank served as President of the Chicago Region of Associated Bank following its acquisition of State Finance Services Corporation in October of 2005. Mr. Cera’s professional career has also awarded him positions at Bando McGlocklin Capital Corporation and The Lang Companies. A University of Wisconsin Green Bay graduate with a B.S. in Managerial Accounting, Mr. Cera is a also Certified Public Accountant who is affiliated with the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ronald McDonald House Charities and the University of Wisconsin Green Bay Founders Club.
