Mark L. Kay joined StrikeForce Technologies, Inc., as the CEO in May 2003 following his retirement at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and additionally became the Chairman in 2012. Mr. Kay was employed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August of 1977 until his retirement in January 2003, during which most of that time he was a Managing Director of the firm. During his tenure, Mr. Kay led the strategic and global corporate business group. His responsibilities also included Chief Operations Officer, Chief Information Officer of Shared Services and Global Technology Auditor. Prior to his employment with JPMorgan Chase & Co., Mr. Kay was a systems engineer at Electronic Data Services (EDS) for approximately five years. He holds a B.A. in mathematics from CUNY. Profile
