Malon Wilkus is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of American Capital, Ltd. Mr. Wilkus has also been the Chairman of European Capital Limited, a private equity and mezzanine fund, since its formation in 2005. Mr. Wilkus is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of American Capital Agency Corp., a real estate investment trust formed in 2008. Mr. Wilkus is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp., a REIT formed in 2011 that invests in and manages a leveraged portfolio of agency mortgage investments, nonagency mortgage investments and other mortgage-related investments.
