Key Energy Services, Inc. – Dick Alario

Dick Alario has been Chairman, President and CEO of Key Energy Services since August of 2004. In his early tenure at Key, Mr. Alario presided over an extremely complex financial restatement and has been credited with the turnaround that took the company to its current status. With a distinguished career in both U.S. and international energy markets, Mr. Alario has held top-level positions, leading oilfield service businesses in the United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. As a member of the National Ocean Industries Association, he has served on the executive committee, is a current member of the board of directors and is Chairman of the health, safety security and environment committee. Previously, he served on the board of directors of the Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition, the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, and the Louisiana State University Department of Petroleum Engineering Advisory Council. He is a Director of Seahawk Drilling, Inc., and serves as the Chairman of its compensation committee and as a member of its corporate governance and nominating committee. In 2008 Mr. Alario was named Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year" in the energy category for the Gulf Coast Region. He was also selected as a finalist at the national level.
