Joshua Barber

Stifel Nicolaus & Co., Inc.

Joshua Barber joined the research team at Stifel Nicolaus & Co., Inc., in connection with Stifel's acquisition of Legg Mason's Capital Markets Group in December 2005. He is an Analyst focusing on the timber, retail, commercial finance and diversified sectors within the real estate equity research group. He was previously an Associate Analyst covering industrial, office, retail, commercial finance and diversified real estate companies. Before joining Legg Mason, Mr. Barber was affiliated with Catalyst/Cambridge Healthcare Finance, the national origination arm of Cambridge Realty Capital of Illinois, a lender specializing in agency and conventional financing for the health care industry. Mr. Barber holds an MBA, with honors, from the University of Maryland/University of Baltimore's Merrick Graduate School of Business. He also holds a B.A. in law and history from Ner Israel College. Mr. Barber is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
